We believe in full transparency in our builds, sharing all invoices and billing with our clients, so you know what we know. Our set fee percentage is shown on every bill, and updated bills and invoices are provided biweekly. All change orders are approved by homeowners, so you're never caught with an unexpected bill or price change. We work closely with you and the designer to keep your build on budget.
